Based on your decor, you can choose a matte or a glossy finish for any of these photos. Personally, I would prefer a glossy finish for any of the photos with water shimmer/sparkle.
Be sure to carefully review the crop preview of the print size you choose to make sure you like the way the photo is cropped for that specific print size. If you don't like, it, choose a different print size in order to find a crop that you like.
